But, I am happy with the end result. It changed the whole look of my shower. It looks more modern and elegant. I love it!Should be $100 or less. It does start to rust. And clear coat is peeling. The rainfall extension is extremely short i purchased a longer one from lowes. The water pressure is powerful. I love the handheld portion. I rate it 3 stars.I was so pleased with the look and function of the unit for about a year. The finish started to fade and then... the shower head started to spray water at the corners till more water came out the seams in the back than out the nozzle holes. Very disappointed.Does anyone know how to get in touch with this company? I loved the shower combo, especially for the price! I read reviews, but didn't see how to get in touch with the company, nor did I see if a leak was a common issue. Just wondering if I maybe got a bad one, and the next one will be fine? I didn't want to, but I have to return it. My contractor installed it, not me, so I'm assuming he did it correctly.It is very nice looking faucet with all whistles you can wish for…The one thing people should consider very deeply reconsiders before buying this or similar shower faucet is the technicality of installation, which mean only and only being capable be precise with measurements (distance between/depth calculations before finished wall) and vertical/horizontal level. This faucet will not give you the typical forgiveness of Moen/American standard /Price pfister etc., where you could be of your calculations somewhere from ¼ inch up to and 1”.As far as longetivity?!, only time will tell. Replacement parts…?????,that could an issue, hopefully not sooner then 8-10Y from now on.This faucet is very much similar wit installation as HansGrohe/ Anzzi/Jacuzzi and etc., which require precision with calculation of depth = add all used materials include mortar for tilesThe forgiveness is only few 1/16 – 3/16 in best and I believe that’s where people who complain about installation faild!I had a contractor install this kit during my bathroom remodeling. The install was pretty straight forward from what I could tell. Using it is super easy with the selection knob at the bottom. The hand want is very easy to use with the super flexible hose.Also, the seller is super kind! Make sure you don't user metal tools to twist the spouts on because it will damage the metal. My contractor goofed a little and bent the tub spout but the seller was so awesome to ship me a replacement after I contacted them.Something to note, the shower head uses a lot of water but that is not a fault of the product that is the nature of rainfall style shower heads!The instructions that come with this shower system are basically nonexistent. Nothing is labeled, which makes it super difficult to figure out which piece is which when some of the parts look similar. The hand shower installation is like none I’ve ever seen before. If you’re not super familiar with installing showers, skip this one. It is not for the DIYer. The paint also scratches super easily and what starts out as a good looking shower, ends up looking terrible.
