The suction power on the toy holder does not do well for us. It was basically a waste because we can’t use it in our tub at all. The knee and elbow pads are exactly as expected and do a good job at help keep us comfortable while our little man take a bath.Foam was good quality. Easy to wash.5 stars for seller (yoyo) with there customer service handled the problem .Reason for 3 stars. First reason Someone wrapped so much box tape around the storage bag that I Had to cut the tape just to unzip the storage bag, to get product out. Second problem , product has several deep creases on the floor kneeler & stains. Washed it and sprayed with oxy stain remover . Amazon gets 3 stars for quality control. Amazon should do a better job checking items before they ship out. The foam is thick & comfortable. Suction cups seem to hold tight on side of bathtub and tiled wall . I don't think the manufacturer would send product out like this . I updated my review to reflect the 5 stars for seller customer service in handling the problem.I got this yesterday and I got to use it today and let me tell you what! This thing is SO comfortable!! Its nice, thick padding for your knees and elbows and the toy holder is adorable. I like that the toy holder has 2 options of use, it can either stick to the wall (which that doesnt work for me because my tub surround is tile that has grooves in it) or it zips to the elbow pad section. There are some confusing things about this, some of the hook and loop (think name brand of the fuzzy and sticky material, starts with velc but cant mention it due to branding something or another) doesnt make sense to me but that doesnt bother me the least. We figured out how to zip the toy holder to the elbow pad and thats how ill use it and i can put my sons bath toys in there to drain (its mesh in the bottom). Overall, i wish i had this with my 1st kid!This keeler mat with the storage "basket" is simply awesome. Super simple to set up, dry and store away or just leave it on the tub while showering. It's seriously such easy to handle material that you don't have to worry about anything getting on it. I was very positively surprised when opening the package, since it had absolutely zero smell to it, which is fantastic. I am very sensitive about smells/odors and allergic to a lot, so this was a relief. I am thinking of buying a second set just to gift it to my SIL.Loved the design and the idea so bad but sadly I had to return it since the toy bag wouldn’t stay stick to the wall.They need to replace the suction cups with those clear hook for bathroom wall and a small hanging hole for toy bag since it will be little heavy when toys get stored.I like it, but the suction cups don't work on some. But amazing for my knees ,and chest bones. ?I always have pain in my knees after sitting on the ground and bathing my baby. After using the bath kneeler its helped my body be able to be so comfortable during bath time. I also love that it holds my daughter's toys and helps my bath be very organized.! Great product would recommend to anyone with kids it is so helpful!
