Wish this kit was around when I had my first c-section! So often I feel like post partum care for c-section mama’s is overlooked or played-down. When in reality, it’s WAY harder to recover from. Not only are you healing from your uterus but also a from a major incision that goes through 7 layers of your body. This kit is a great sampling of Frida Mom’s new c-section care line and it was wonderful to start with. I ultimately loved having the grippy socks that came in this kit versus the cheap hospital provided ones, the quality doesn’t even compare lol. The travel bag is amazing quality. The perri bottle is hands down probably my favorite thing in this kit. The silicone scar patches will definitely be put to use very soon as my incision is still new.I would absolutely repurchase again and will also gift to any mama friends that end up having c-sections as well! Well done Frida Mom! Also, loved the recent collaboration Frida mom did with sports illustrated. I love that this company is working to normalize that not everyone is capable of a natural birth, and that c-section scars are beautiful!It’s ok but nothing special the hospital wouldn’t provide to you. Too expensive and didn’t use half of the items.I used absolutely everything in this kit to help me in my postpartum recovery. I had a very complicated postpartum experience and this kit was able to make a very difficult time more comfortable. The disposable underwear is so comfortable and a thousand times better than what the hospital provides. Having the silicone barrier to protect the scar has also been super nice! I highly recommend this product for any mom who has had a C-section. It’s also great that you can order it while you’re still at the hospital and it be at your doorstep by the time you get home!This is super helpful wether you're about to give birth or already have. love everything it comes with! if you or someone you know is pregnant this would be a thoughtful gift!I purchased this for my upcoming birth. Luckily it arrived just in time as my son was born early.This kit has everything a mom needs to recover. Yes the hospital will provide many of these items but the little extras like the socks, wipes, and the bag are a nice addition. I prefer this peri bottle to the one there hospital provided and the disposable underwear are more comfortable and thicker like actual underwear than the thin boy shorts provided by the hospital.Overall this is a great gift for expecting moms.The products in the kit are very helpful for post c section recovery. Highly recommend it.Everything you need postpartum!
