I love my new bag! The colors are vibrant but not gaudy. It has plenty of space and I love that the main pocket is divided with a zippered section in the middle. The outside pockets are also a good size and the side pockets fit my phone perfectly (but may be too small for a larger phone such as a Galaxy note). I also appreciate that the straps are long enough that the bag stays on my shoulder even when wearing a thick winter coat. I've only had this bag for roughly 24 hours but the material and construction seem high quality and I don't foresee this bag wearing out any time soon.
